The Bluffs at Playa Vista

In 2013 IDS Real Estate Group was hired to property manage The Bluffs at Playa Vista, a two-building, 486,000 square foot office complex. IDS placed a customer service-oriented property manager on site and responded to requests promptly, thereby quickly restoring anchor tenant satisfaction and resulting in IDS being awarded the project marketing assignment. In addition, IDS’s construction management services have provided extensive tenant improvements, and performed a $1.2 million courtyard and lobby renovation resulting in an inviting new creative office environment. The Bluffs is currently 96% leased with amenities including a gym, restaurant, car wash, bike park and dog-friendly office space.
