Farmers Plaza consists of two 11-story office buildings totaling approximately 542,000 square feet. Upon being awarded the management assignment in 2016, IDS implemented a new customer-oriented management team onsite with a keen focus on tenant relations and stabilization. Within weeks tenant satisfaction was completely restored as IDS created an open-door policy and regular standing operational meetings. After competitively bidding the parking management lease, IDS hired a new parking vendor with a new fee structure, resulting in an additional $250,000 per year in net income.
