Conejo Spectrum

IDS Real Estate Group transformed this 100-acre abandoned, environmentally tainted former aircraft manufacturing facility in Thousand Oaks into an architecturally coherent, master planned mixed-use campus. While renovating some structures and ground-up developing others, over 1 million square feet of office, R&D, and industrial buildings now harmoniously inhabit the Conejo Spectrum park-like setting.
