Empire Corporate Plaza, an office and retail mixed-use project in Rancho Cucamonga.
The first phase of the project consists of three, two-story Class A office buildings - each 82,000 square feet. Designed for corporate tenants, it encircles an expansive
fountain plaza and overlooks the Empire Lakes Golf Course. Large floor plates are extremely efficient (4% loss factor for single tenant floors and 7% for multi-tenant floors) and almost six free parking spaces are provided for each 1,000 square feet
leased. Current tenants in the project include Kasier Health, CorVel and Wachovia Dealer Finance.
