IDS transformed an abandoned, environmentally tainted aircraft manufacturing facility into an architecturally coherent, master planned mixed-use campus. While renovating some structures and building others from the ground up, over 100 acres of offices, R&D and industrial buildings now harmoniously inhabit a park-like setting.

An impressive tenant roster has been attracted - a significant benefit to the City of Thousand Oaks with the creation and retention of blue chip employment including, Baxter, Intel, Teradyne, and Amgen.
