In 2008, IDS represented Trader Joe’s in the acquisition of 65-acre lot in eastern Pennsylvania, and managed the entitlement and development of their 500,000 square foot mid-Atlantic distribution center. Most recently, IDS represented Trader Joe’s in the acquisition of their 570,000 square foot Southern California distribution hub, and is in the process of building out cooler improvements.
