Each IDS project manager works closely with the IDS construction management department on a 38-point checklist to assure delivery of projects on time, on budget, and free of liens.
IDS manages every step, from site inspection through reviewing design documents, handling contract negotiations and competitive bidding, and close oversight of the construction process.
