Paul Ohlmann joined IDS in 1988. Today Mr. Ohlmann oversees property management, construction management and leasing of a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties total approximately 1.3 million square feet. He provides marketing and leasing, property management, tenant representation, acquisition and disposition services to institutional as well as non-institutional clients located throughout the State. Mr. Ohlmann earned a B.A. degree in economics and business administration from Bethany College. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM).
