Patrick Foudy joined IDS in 2004. Mr. Foudy represents institutional clients and is responsible for property management, leasing, construction management and onsite personnel for approximately 800,000 square feet of Class A office, as well as 2 million square feet of institutional-quality industrial distribution centers across Southern California. Mr. Foudy earned a B.A. degree in economics from University of California Berkeley and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
